Whether you are a new hot tub owner or you have had one for many years, there is bound to be a time when you are going to need to have a repair done or you will have a question that you need help with. At RnR Hot Tubs, here are the different services that we provide.

Site Inspections

If you are in the market for purchasing a new or refurbished hot tub or swim spa, we offer site inspections to those who need them. This service is available to those who are ready to purchase from us but need help to determine where and if the hot tub is going to fit in their backyard. 

Our technicians will come out and survey your property to ensure that your purchase will work in the area where you want to place it. 

Crane Deliveries

If your delivery is a bit more complicated, we work with Bow City Crane to help. Some deliveries are more complex than others and we can help to set up a crane delivery for you. From setting up the site inspection with Bow City to getting a quote to finalizing the delivery with them, we can help to get everything set up so that you don’t have to. 

Hot Tub and Swim Spa Start-Ups

We don’t just deliver your hot tub and be on our way. Our delivery crew will help you start up your hot tub. From going through a delivery checklist with you to filling it with water and ensuring that your water chemistry is correct, we will walk you through how to use your hot tub. 

We want you to be able to enjoy your spa from the day we deliver it. 

If your hot tub is not ready to be started at the time of delivery, we can come back and help you start it up when you are ready.

Spa School

We want to give all of our customers and hot tub owners a chance to understand and properly know how to care for their water. There is so much information out there and knowing how to maintain your water can be overwhelming and confusing. 

This is why we offer Spa School. A dedicated hour-long workshop that will walk you through what you need to know to properly care for your water. Gary will teach you what each chemical is for and how much to use. 

Spa School is the perfect way to learn how to care for your hot tub in an easily understandable way. 

FREE Water Testing

You can bring in a sample of your water and we can test it right there in the store for you. From the results of the testing, we will give you recommendations on what you should do if your water needs a little TLC. 

Ultrasonic Filter Cleaning

The health of your filter is going to determine the health of your hot tub as it is one of the most important components.  

Ultrasonic cleaning is a revolutionary new technique for removing dirt and contaminants from filtering equipment and components of all types. We’ve personally been impressed by the increased filter flow rate, performance, and longevity of spa filters that are cleaned using an ultrasonic method. 

Water Maintenance

If water maintenance is something that you struggle with or you just don’t want to do it, our monthly water maintenance service is the perfect solution. 

We come out bi-weekly to ensure the health of your water by testing it and adding the necessary chemicals to it. You will then receive that worksheet that our technicians fill out so that you know exactly what was done to your water.

Pump Rebuild

Rebuilding your pump is a great maintenance habit to start doing. We recommend rebuilding your pump every three years to ensure that it is running smoothly. There are two ways that we can rebuild your pump.

You can drop your pump off and we have it rebuilt in a day. You can then pick it back up and install it yourself. We can also come out and take it out of your hot tub for you, rebuild it in the shop, and drop it back off. We recommend doing this service in the warmer months so you don’t risk freeze damage in the winter. 

50 Point Inspection

Keeping up with the maintenance of your hot tub is important. We offer 50-point inspections so that you can know exactly what needs to be repaired or maintained on your hot tub. You will receive a PDF copy of your report so that you can see what the technician is recommending to be done and if there is anything that urgently needs to be repaired. 

Hot Tub and Swim Spa Repairs

No matter what type of hot tub or swim spa you have, we will repair them. However, depending on the type of hot tub or swim spa that you own, will depend on the type of repair that needs to be done. 

There are many different types of hot tubs out there and the extent of the repairs that need to happen will vary. We can come out and do a diagnostic on your hot tub. If we can repair it that day, you will get an estimate from us and approve it so that we can do the work immediately. Sometimes, the repairs will need to be done on a different visit.

Hot Tub Moves

Have you sold your house and you want to bring your hot tub with you? When it comes to hot tub moves, it is similar to having two deliveries done at once. 

We can help you plan a hot tub move and make sure that your hot tub gets to your new home to enjoy for many years to come. 

Drain and Refill

We recommend draining and refilling your hot tub water twice a year. Typically when it comes to swim spas, you can do it once a year, as there is more water. 

This service is not a cleaning service but you can easily add an interior and an exterior clean.

We do not do this service between September and April as the weather can be unpredictable in Alberta and we do not want to risk damaging your hot tub. 

Interior and Exterior Cleaning

With an interior clean, we flush the lines, wipe interior surfaces, and clean the jets and jet housing.  

With an exterior clean, we wipe down the skirt, clean your steps, wipe down your cover, and apply cover care products. 

Winterization

Some people do not use their hot tubs in the winter months. We offer winterizations on hot tubs and swim spas. We will drain your hot tub, wipe down the interior, and add antifreeze to prevent freezing. 

Dewinterization

If your hot tub or swim spa is winterized, you need to make sure that you dewinterize it. Remember, in a winterization, we add antifreeze to your hot tub so that needs to be removed when you are ready to begin using your hot tub again. 

When booking any of these services, please have your hot tub make, model, and serial number ready so that our service team can have all of that information on file. If we sold your hot tub to you then we should have all of this information on file already.
